Sanjay Kapoor Welcomes Daughter Shanaya to Bollywood

As per the latest Bollywood news and updates, Shanaya is keen to work in the Gunjan Saxena biopic that is being currently shot in Lucknow. You can see the picture of a proud father Sanjay Kapoor along with his daughter who happens to be an assistant director in this project.

You can see a number of insight where the proud father Sanjay Kapoor is clearly seen with his daughter at the time of her shoot in Lucknow. As we stated above, she is currently a part of the team of Gunjan Saxena biopic which is being currently shot. Not only that, Jhanvi Kapoor is playing the title role in the movie featuring some more Bollywood faces including Pankaj Tripathi.

It seems that Sanjay Kapoor's daughter is working for the project for last some time And this is what he revealed to the media saying that Shanaya is currently working at the position of an assistant director on Gunjan Saxena biopic starring Jhanavi Kapoor in the lead character which is currently being shot in Lucknow.

Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Kapoor said "projecting her into Bollywood films was completely a new and unique decision. This is because she looked keen of doing something realistic in her own ways.

As I earlier stated, she is currently handling one of her latest projects in Lucknow where Jhanavi is plating the lead role in a biopic. She is currently engaged in all this to understand her space and then come back later into the films."

Along with all this, Sanjay also spoke that "We didn't want her to go abroad and complete her a three year course and then try her luck into the films. Instead, this is far better that she has chosen right now that looks perfect foe her at this stage. 

Please note that nothing in life looks better and attractive than the kind of experience you gain." Sanjay said.

From the very begining, Shanaya wanted to take her career into the act of film making before testing her regarding the filmmaking. As you can see that she is currently following the footsteps of her cousins who are now a part of Bollywood.

They are Arjun Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. Both of them wanted to pursue their career into Bollywood but started by learning the basics about film making first.

This is the reason why Shanaya is also willing to learn the art of film making before practicing into movies. This is how it is taking place.

You might have seen that Sonam Kapoor earlier assisted her director Sanjay Leela Bhansali at the time of shooting for Black.

On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor assisted none other than Nikkhil Advani in his recent Bollywood movie Kal Ho Naa Ho before they actually started acting into films.
